Davin clearly explained my options. He obviously had a grasp of the territory of law we discussed. I appreciated that he was informative, without being egotistical. He was very measured and also did not judge my situation or me. At this moment in time, I have not hired him. HIRED him to settle a matter w/a former employer. Charged me a thousand dollars to have his younger associate write what he called a "demand letter," which seemed to do little more than give my employer and his attorneys a good laugh. Then almost got me in a lot of trouble by suggesting I file a pretty flimsy, if not completely unfounded, federal complaint. Definitely would not hire, again.
